SETTING YOUR WEIGHT and STRIDE LENGTH (Only required if tracking Calories burned and Distance traveled)

Begin Programming, with Pedometer on the Step screen, the one right after the clock.
It shows Step in the bottom right corner of the screen

  


Click the WHITE button to navigate between screens.


IMPORTANT NOTES: 

* The programming sequence runs from start to finish, if you make a mistake on one of the settings, you can easily go back and change it later.

** If 30 seconds elapses without a button press, the pedometer will exit the setting sequence. Should that happen just follow the steps to start the programming sequence again.

*** You can find your stride length here: www.ozofitness.com/Strideif you are using  your pedometer to track distance it is best to know your stride length before starting. 


  • Press & HOLD “SET” button ADJ flashes when you see UNIt release the button
  • Press “MODE” to accept Miles or Press “RESET” to switch to KM, then press MODE
  • Press “RESET” to advance numbers to desired weight 
    (Set weight as low as 44 Lbs. by cycling past the max. of 441 Lbs.)
  • Press “MODE” to set Stride Length  
  • Press “RESET” to advance numbers to desired Stride Length
    (Set stride length as low as 12 inches by cycling past the max. of 71 Inches)
  • Press “SET” to Save and Exit.



You may hold the RESET button down to advance numbers faster.

Metric: Range from 20 Kg. - 200 Kg.

Default weight: 110 Lbs. / 50 Kg.


Stride Setting Range 

Imperial: Range from 12 inch ~ 71 inch

Metric: Range from 30 cm ~ 180 cm

Default stride: 20 inch / 50cm
