It is easy to go and change a setting on your Pedometer.  Let me illustrate two examples for you


EXAMPLE #1: CHANGING THE CLOCK TIME


TO Set the Clock you need to be on the Clock Screen

Click the MODE button until you see the Clock and 'TIME' in the upper left corner

  1. If 30 seconds elapses without a button press, the pedometer will exit the setting sequence
  2. Programming sequence runs forward only, if a mistake is made, you can easily restart programming

  • PRESS & HOLD SET button – ADJ Flashes on screen
  • RELEASE SET Button when Hour flashes
  • PRESS RESET button to advance Hour to correct time
  • PRESS MODE button to save Hour
  • PRESS RESET button to advance Minutes to correct time
  • PRESS MODE button to save minutes
  • PRESS RESET button to zero out Seconds
  • PRESS MODE button to save seconds
  • PRESS RESET Button to toggle between 12HR for (AM/PM) or 24HR (13:00)
    Once the desired format 12HR or 24Hr is Flashing
  • PRESS MODE button to save clock format
  • Verify time is correct with A or P if using 12Hr clock format
    If not, PRESS RESET to advance Hour to correct time
  • PRESS SET to save and exit



Click the WHITE button to navigate between screens, until you get to the clock.



IMPORTANT NOTES: 

* Programming sequence runs forward only, if a mistake is made, you can easily go back and change it.

** If 30 seconds elapses without a button press, the pedometer will exit the setting sequence.

EXAMPLE #2: CHANGING THE WEIGHT


TO Set your Weight / Stride Length you need to be on the Step Screen

Click the MODE button until you see the Clock, click MODE once more for Step Screen
(Only required if tracking Calories & Distance)

  1. If 30 seconds elapses without a button press, the pedometer will exit the setting sequence
  2. Programming sequence runs forward only, if a mistake is made, you can easily restart programming

  • PRESS & HOLD SET button – ADJ Flashes on screen
  • RELEASE SET Button when UNIt flashes
  • PRESS MODE button for Miles or PRESS RESET to toggle to Kilometers, then PRESS MODE
  • PRESS RESET button to advance Weight to correct weight
    (Set weight as low as 44 Lbs./20Kg. by cycling past the max. of 441Lbs./200Kg.)
  • PRESS MODE button to save weight
  • PRESS RESET button to advance Stride Length
    (Set weight as low as 12"/20cm. by cycling past the max. of 71"/180cm)
  • PRESS SET to Save and Exit
